The Mad Bay Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot exhibits a deep, dense ruby and garnet colour.  Aromas of blackberry, cassis, luscious plum fruits and sweet spice, intermingle with hints of black olive, and bay leaf to deliver a quintessential Cabernet Merlot experience. The palate is juicy, rich and fleshy, with ripe open-knit fruit tannins that are well integrated with the use of fine grain French oak.
